By accessing or using Automail ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Automail is an AI-powered email outreach tool that helps you:

  • Send automated follow-up emails through your Gmail account.
  • Generate personalized email content using artificial intelligence.
  • Manage email campaigns and track responses.

3. Account Requirements

  • You must have a valid Google account to use Automail.
  • You must grant Automail access to send and read emails on your behalf.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Automail to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited bulk emails.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse any person.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or similar.
  • Send emails containing malware, phishing attempts, or fraudulent content.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination.

5. Email Sending Limits

Automail operates through your Gmail account, which is subject to Google's sending limits (typically 500 emails/day for personal accounts, 2000 for Workspace). Automail is not responsible for any account suspensions imposed by Google.

6. AI-Generated Content

Emails generated by Automail's AI are suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is sent. We are not liable for any consequences arising from AI-generated content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
  • Emails will be delivered or not marked as spam.
  • AI-generated content will be accurate or appropriate.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZenysLab and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Automail.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
