• Email Access: We request read and send access to your Gmail to send emails on your behalf and detect replies.

• To send emails on your behalf through your connected Gmail account.
• To detect and process replies to your campaigns.
• To generate AI-powered email content based on your campaign descriptions.
• To improve our service and user experience.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. We only store:

• Your basic profile information.
• Campaign metadata and email logs.
• OAuth tokens for Gmail access (encrypted).

We do not store the full content of your Gmail inbox.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google OAuth: For authentication and Gmail access.
• Groq AI: For generating email content. Your campaign descriptions are sent to Groq's API.
• Supabase: For database and authentication services.
• Vercel: For hosting the application.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with:

• Service providers necessary to operate Automail (listed above).
• Legal authorities if required by law.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data stored in Automail.
• Delete your account and all associated data.
• Revoke Gmail access at any time through your Google account settings.
